I started at HSBC as a KYC Analyst, building due diligence profiles for corporate clients. For the first time, I got to see how large organizations actually handle compliance from the inside.

From there, I moved to Revolut. Joined as an analyst, and within months I'd become FinCrime Team Lead for Business Onboarding. I grew the team from 9 to 16, then helped scale it to dozens more across Lithuania and India. We started onboarding 30 companies a day. By the time we crossed 500, nobody even looked up.

After that, Berlin — Finoa, Business Customer Onboarding Team Lead. Crypto/fintech, B2B onboarding for high-net-worth clients and crypto-native firms.

My last role before going out on my own was at re:cap as Senior Financial Data Specialist. That's where I really started building with AI. I built a self-improving system with Claude — it reads its own bug log and fixes its own code. My team stitched DataOps, Data Science, and Underwriting into a single workflow.
