At Revolut I scaled customer onboarding from 30 to 500 companies a day. At re:cap I built a self-improving system with Claude — it reads its own bug log and fixes its own code.

I built the same thing for myself at small scale: a script that scans 250 career pages in 20 minutes every week; a shop where payment grants access and lists the buyer, hands-free; a report that turns 1.2 GB of data into one page of decisions.
