Started in Krakow — corporate first (HSBC), then 8 years of startups (Revolut, Berlin fintechs). I hired, got hired, negotiated from both sides of the table. What nobody told me back then, I write here every Friday.

It started as whatsupinstartup.com. Today I write as filip.gorgo; the newsletter is still called What’s Up in Startup. Every week I scan 200+ openings and write about getting into a startup — and not getting lost inside one.
